1. Zero Server-Side Photo Storage

All photographs, defect descriptions, and landlord notice records are stored exclusively in your browser's local storage on your device. Photos and addresses are never transmitted to or stored on any external server.

2. Letter Generation

All notices and council letters are assembled entirely client-side on your device.
